Policies

Visitor Policy

Medical Marijuana ID cards are required for patients and caregivers to enter our facilities.

Adult visitors without a valid PA Medical Marijuana Card (including Patients or Caregivers) are not permitted in the facility.

Non-patient children under the age of 18 are permitted as visitors provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who possesses a valid PA Medical Marijuana Card.

Please present your valid ID at the front desk upon entering the facility.

Essential visitors, limited to contractors or vendors requiring access to provide services to the facility, are permitted entry with a valid Driver's License or ID. Please sign in upon entering the facility and sign out upon exiting the facility in the visitor log.

Product Return Policy

We have a strict 3-day return policy. In accordance with DOH policy and PA ACT 16, any products opened on-site are in violation of the law and cannot be returned.

If you want to return a product you've purchased, it must be brought back unopened, within the receipt, and all original packaging within 3 days. Original packaging includes the label, boxes, and/or plastic containers. The returned product must meet these qualifications in order to receive a refund or store credit.

Phone Policy

In order to protect our privacy and that of our patients, we do not allow cell phone usage in Delta 9 PA dispensaries. We will ask you to put your phone away or to continue text messaging or phone calls when you leave the dispensing area. No photography is allowed in the dispensing room.

New Patient Policy

Appointments are NOT necessary nor do we offer appointments as we are a walk-in only facility. To provide enough time for a pharmacy consultation and/or product selection, first time patients will be accepted until 5:30 pm (Tuesday through Friday, 3:30 pm on Saturday). If you arrive after then, you will be asked to return the following business day.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are accepting new patients during the COVID-19 restrictions. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before we close.

Online Reservation Policy

The online reservation system was put into place to make securing your medicine easier, especially for our patients who have busy schedules and don’t have time to have a typical consultation. We understand if you are unable to pick up your order, but we would appreciate a phone call or an email warning us so that we can offer that medicine to a patient possibly in need of that strain or form.

After several failed pick-ups, you will receive an emailed warning. This warning will state the number of orders you’ve missed and advise you that failure to pick up future orders will result in you becoming ineligible to continue utilizing our online reservation system.

Patients who continue to neglect their pick-ups after receiving a warning email will no longer eligible for online ordering at Delta 9 dispensaries. All attempts to place an order from this point forward would be canceled.
